Do you Price Match?
Cavella's Boutique & Things will not be undersold... We strive to have "The Best Price Guaranteed" on all of our stocked items! If you find one of our items stocked at another "On-line Boutique" priced lower then our stocked item, we'll not only match it, we'll also give an additional 5% off that specific item.
Are Items True to Size?
We suggest "curving up" one size on most items. Keeping in mind that these are Boutique Clothes and they slightly differ from Department Store sizes. A Boutique 1x sometimes fits as a Department Store Xl (14-16). Embrace your curves and move forward in fashion!
How to care for items?
We're not responsible for items being damaged after receipt of purchase. We suggest you Dry Clean your items and/or wash separately in cold water, hang dry and place in dryer on low or warm heat to rid wrinkles for 5 minutes. Again, this is a suggestion only. Please refer to garment tag for specific information.
Help, I don't see my size!
No problem, simply contact us and we'll check to see if we can get your curvy-size! Most items we carry in stock "curve up" to a 3x, however 4x-6x can be pre-ordered.
How often are items added and restocked?
Items are added weekly; continue to check back! Items are restocked as requested - contact us if your size isn't available. We'll do our best to restock if our Manufacturers have the item(s) available.
What are *Pre-Order Items?
*Pre-Order Items are items that have been ordered from our Manufacturers with a Future Ship Date to our Boutique. Therefore, normal ordering and shipping process doesn't apply. Each item has a date of which item will be available for shipment from Manufacturer to our Boutique. Once item is received in our Boutique the normal order and shipping process will then apply.
What forms of Payment are accepted?
We accept most major Credit Cards, PayPal and Cavella's Boutique & Things Gift Cards.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on weight of item, shipping address and shipping method chosen.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding *Pre-Order Items) of purchase and shipped on Tuesdays-Thursdays from 9am-3pm CST (excluding holidays). A confirmation email will be sent with tracking number once order is shipped.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges?
In an effort to continually offer items at an Affordable Price and ensure Customer Satisfaction, there are no Refunds, Returns and/or Exchanges. Customers are given an opportunity to "try on items" at Our Boutique Pop-Up Events. Customers purchasing items online may contact us to make sure they're ordering the "correct size."
Cavella's Boutique & Things offer Gift Cards to be purchased for $25, $50, $75 and/or $100 per card! Sales Tax is applied based upon purchaser's state law. The Gift Card must be used on items totaling $25 or more (no exceptions). Once Gift Card is purchased, an email will be sent to customer with detailed instructions for usage. Gift Cards may be used on-line or at of our "Pop-UP" Events! Gift Cards cannot be sold, exchanged and/or given to anyone else (no exceptions). Items purchased using Gift Cards aren't eligible to be refunded, returned and/or exchanged (no exceptions).
Concierge Services include personal assistance with a specific item, assisting with accurate measurements to ensure correct fit and personal Boutique setup at your home for you and/or others. Personal Boutique Setups start at $25 (Fee separate from Merchandise) and may increase depending on location. Please contact us directly if you desire our Concierge Services.
